Systems & Network Administrator

• Design, implement, and manage scalable network services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Configure and maintain VMware vSphere/vCenter environments, including networking and high-availability systems.
• Monitor and support Windows services and roles such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Develop and maintain system administration and operational documentation following best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches and Meraki Wi-Fi mesh networks.
• Manage Azure Active Directory and assist with cloud service migrations from on-premises systems.
• Provide technical support for Office 365 and SharePoint platforms.
• Identify and resolve network protocol and design issues to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to implement ITIL processes and ensure effective incident and change management.
• Oversee database management tasks, including supporting SQL databases.

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Proven expertise in VMware infrastructure, Cisco networking, and Wi-Fi mesh networks.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and cloud migration strategies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and design best practices.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
• Certifications such as Cisco, MCSA, or equivalent are an asset.
