  • Lead ZEB (Zero Emission Bus) infrastructure programs, promoting innovation, stakeholder alignment, and effective project governance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, structural, mechanical, digital systems) to deliver integrated and high-performing solutions.
  • Establish robust project management frameworks covering scope, cost, risk, change management, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary client liaison during the design phase, facilitating workshops, guiding decision-making, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with utilities, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure project success.
  • Implement collaborative models such as EaaS (Energy as a Service) and design-build to streamline execution and mitigate risks.
  • Advocate for engineering value and continuous improvement, fostering resilience, quality, and innovation across all projects.
What you'll bring to WSP:
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • P. Eng holder.
  • Over 10 years of experience in project management and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure, including ZEB depot or fleet facility programs.
  • Strong leadership experience in design delivery, project controls, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience applying value engineering, resilience planning, and lifecycle design in fleet electrification projects.
  • Solid understanding of procurement and construction processes to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Proficiency in BIM, Microsoft Project, cost control tools, and MS Office 365.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required to support clients across Canada.
  • The selected candidate must be willing to travel across Canada to support team development initiatives.
