- Drive the planning, shooting, editing, and production of amazing video content for paid and organic channels
- Review creative briefs, develop storyboards, and plan for production
- Ensure all video content is optimized for performance and engagement across different channels (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate) and iterate based on data insights while keeping the Aviron customer and the Aviron brand, story and creative strategy, top of mind
- Use your creative skills to keep the audience hooked. Iterate creative based on paid social results and team feedback
- Work alongside the Creative, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with Aviron's brand story and creative strategy
- Employ advanced editing techniques to enhance video quality, including colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics
- Maintain and troubleshoot the various hardware and software equipment, plus systems needed (i.e., cameras, production equipment, edit systems, etc.)
- Scope and rent/purchase equipment as needed for shoots as well as to build and maintain an in-house studio-style production setup
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years experience as a video producer, within DTC or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of video equipment and shooting techniques
- Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative environment
