You are a polished, confident B2B sales professional who:
- Has 5+ years of new business development experience, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excels at engaging with property managers, executives, and operations leaders.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
- Thrives working independently and owning your territory.
- Is highly organized and disciplined in CRM use.
- Does not require prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience-your professional sales skills are what matter most
