We’re looking for a Construction Administrator Assistant to support our Construction Administrator who acts as a key liaison for the Operations Manager. If you're a proactive communicator who thrives on organization, efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration, this dual-role position is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic and fast-paced team.What You’ll Be Doing
Construction Administration (Assistive Work)Maintain organized project files and keep contract documentation currentAdminister contracts, permits, line locates, billing, and schedules for field crewsGenerate reports on job efficiency, purchase orders, and billing accuracyAssist with event organization and company-wide scheduling tasksOther Support (Not Exhaustive)Help manage the Operations Manager’s calendar and support day-to-day coordinationParticipate in daily huddles and maintain internal communication flowPrepare and organize schedules, timelines, and safety documentationCentralize communication across teams and ensure accurate data flow on projectsCoordinate with internal departments to address service challengesWhat We’re Looking For
Qualifications3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related industryPost-secondary education in business, office administration, or accounting (preferred)Skills & AttributesStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and industry-specific platformsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and industry practicesClear communication and collaborative leadership skillsWhy Join Us?
