- Complete administrative tasks related to project activities such as project intake, resource management utilization, and project budget and cost updates.
- Prepare and manage project tracking, scheduling activities and updates as well as notifying stakeholders of potentials risks, issues and action items
- Schedule and update project dashboards utilizing MS project server and Share Point while ensuring project repository version control
- Plan, schedule and communicate all project timelines and milestones using MS Project Server 2010
- Track milestones and deliverables providing regular project progress reports including presentations
- Support project team members by scheduling and planning meetings, documenting minutes and distributing project material
- Create, maintain and update all project related documentation following Dynacare project methodology
- Knowledge of and experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, estimating, monitoring and controlling projects
- Knowledge of and experience with maintaining a central repository of project competencies, plans, reports and
- history to provide lessons learned documentation for project managers
- University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) or equivalent experience is an asset
- Proficiency in French is an asset
- Five (5) or more years' project management related experience utilizing project management tools
- Full proficiency in MS Office, MS Project server, Share point, Visio and other PM tools
- Advanced skills in Excel including various reporting tools, producing graphs, macros, pivot tables etc.
- Above average oral & written communication skills; a keen attention to detail, ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively both within the Project Management team and cross- functionally
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy as well as strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Customer Service orientation and ability to identify customer needs and build effective business relationships
