You bring 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within Financial Services; Mortgage or real estate office experience and/or Post-Secondary Degree in Administration is an asset. Bilingualism in French is an asset.

Administrative Duties: General
- Verifying/validating all required mortgage/client information for accuracy
- Ensure mortgage files are complete and organized
- Review property insurance documentation for compliance and following up for outstanding conditions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting
- Issuing loan statements
- General post funding mortgage administration duties
- Detail-orientated, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous financial service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well in a team and have confidence dealing with people and addressing issues.
- Sound problem-solving skills, and concise attention to detail and the tenacity to complete the task properly.
