You bring curiosity, rigor, and a collaborative mindset to the construction phase of our work.For intermediate: in this role, your technical growth is taken seriously, and you will be mentored by senior practitioners and given increasing CA responsibility as you build your skills.For senior: this role is a unique opportunity to share technical delivery, and influence how we build, document and deliver.What You'll Get Up To:
Contribute to the technical delivery and contract administration of projects
Attend site visits and prepare clear, concise field reports
Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for alignment with design intent and contract documents, with guidance from Project and Design Leads
Prepare contract administration documentation, including SIs, ASKs, and change documents
Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation, including logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support project flow and communication
Identify issues early and contribute to practical, well-considered solutions
Assist with deficiency tracking and project close-out documentation
Take on increasing responsibility for CA on select projects as your experience grows
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
What You Bring:
3–4 years of experience supporting projects through construction administration phases
Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on your feet during construction
Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, building assemblies, and coordination
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, and project teams
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work
