
Accounting Clerk

- Efficiently process customer credit applications and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Skillfully manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Conduct account reconciliation tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Prepare financial statements and trial balances in a timely manner.
- Handle GST/HST related accounting duties.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing tasks.
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.
- Use Odoo for various accounting tasks and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support inventory and stock management processes.
- Collaborate with the team for year-end closing and audit processes.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience with managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge in Billing procedures
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Familiarity with Invoice Processing
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
