Job Title: Data AdministratorLocation: Edmonton, ABShift: 8:00am - 5:00pmOur client is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. As a Data Administrator, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Inventory Management departments supporting global teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Description:
  • Maintain and support the ERP (SAP S4/HANA) database to ensure optimal performance, operation, and stability.
  • Develop and update dashboards and reports for Demand Planning and Inventory activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and inventory teams to troubleshoot database issues and improve data accuracy.
  • Assist in reviewing engineering BOMs and populating ERP part number information according to current procedures.
  • Train global team members on system functionalities and develop process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially with incomplete or inconsistent data.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, MS Teams, and knowledge of SAP S4/HANA is required.
