- Preparing, issuing, and managing tender documents
- Organizing and maintaining contract records and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders on contract-related matters
- Preparing, entering, tracking, and reducing letters of credit
- Supporting project close-out activities
- Handling invoices and ensuring proper distribution to clients
- Supporting health and safety plan preparation and equipment coordination
- Performing general administrative duties (data entry, correspondence, filing)
- Assisting with general office-related administrative activities as part of the local admin team
- Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience in contract administration or project coordination (asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Post-secondary education in project management or administration (asset)
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing files and records
- Professional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Bluebeam/ CAD an asset
