- Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy and deployment with a focus on increasing guest LTV, improving repeat booking rates, and growing brand loyalty.
- Define audience segmentation strategies and lifecycle stages aligned to customer behaviors and business goals.
- Build and maintain detailed journey maps for key customer segments across geographies and products.
- Design, deploy, and optimize omnichannel lifecycle programs—with a focus on email and SMS—and collaborate on strategies and deployment for in-app messaging and web personalization.
- Leverage AI and machine learning tools to deliver dynamic, hyper-personalized content at scale—tailoring recommendations, messaging, and offers to individual travelers in real time.
- Leverage our CDP, CRM, and behavioral data to develop and deploy advanced segmentation, delivering on 1:1 guest experiences.
- Build and manage continuous optimization through structured A/B and multivariate testing across all lifecycle touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, providing regular performance insights and revenue reporting.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including list hygiene, email authentication, and reputation management.
- Act as subject matter expert on marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Maintain scalable templates and reusable workflows for rapid iteration, localization, and 1:1 content delivery.
- Build strong relationships with creative, content, CRM, creative leads, contractors, and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
- Lead ongoing strategic roadmap for Lifecycle Marketing and future team coaching and professional development.
- 5+ years in lifecycle CRM, marketing automation, or retention roles—experience in global travel/tourism would be considered an asset.
- Proven success managing complex, data-driven automation and email programs at scale.
- Demonstrated proficiency with platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, SFMC, or similar.
- Strong technical skills in HTML/CSS and CDP/analytics structure
- Exceptional project management and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional global teams.
- Strong understanding of privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Must possess a valid Passport and Driver’s License
