
Executive Assistant I- AGGI- Fixed Term Contract Until February 2027

- Manage calendars, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes
- Anticipate needs and plan ahead-tomorrow, next week, and beyond
- Keep projects moving forward even when schedules shift
- Balance urgency with long-term planning
- Support communication and coordination across teams and departments
- Plan and execute events and offsites
- Coordinate department meetings and QBRs
- Collaborate with other EAs to ensure alignment and efficiency
- You'll also work closely with their direct report teams, cross-functional partners, and a collaborative group of experienced Executive Assistants in our Collective.
- 7+ years' experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support
- Flexibility and ability to support more than one Executive Portfolio at a time,
- Ability to be in office more than 3 days a week dependent on business needs.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and
- Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
- Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with a publicly traded company.
