You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive process automation, manage technical workstreams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across EY's internal and client-facing environments.This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications or services with increased complexity.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules or AMS solutions based on business requirements.
  • Utilize scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve intermediate technical issues independently.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for software defects and system outages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with clarity.
  • Manage small to medium-sized technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and feedback.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Splunk.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline development and deployment.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to technical operations.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, software development, or IT support.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, AMS platforms, or automation tools.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized technical projects.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Professional certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, AWS Developer, or Azure Developer Associate.
  • Advanced programming or scripting certifications (Java, Python, PowerShell).
  • Experience with JIRA, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation.
