- Assess client needs and provide sound advice on coverage options, policy changes, and risk protection.
- Deliver a seamless, positive client experience across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and related service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to retain business and account-round client policies.
- Provide claims guidance and support in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain working knowledge of insurer portals, CRM systems, and policy management platforms.
- Accurately document all client interactions and requests in internal systems.
- Escalate files requiring approval with clear recommendations.
- Demonstrate accountability and readiness to handle client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Valid RIBO Licence or licensed in another Canadian province and eligible to obtain a RIBO licence.
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales and/or service.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policy structures, and underwriting practices.
- Proven customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a contact-centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Positive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
