- Identify client needs and recommend suitable personal lines insurance solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound client interactions across multiple contact channels.
- Accurately collect and input underwriting information into quoting systems.
- Generate premium estimates and clearly explain coverage options, pricing, and product features.
- Close sales by matching client needs with appropriate insurer products.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional coverages where appropriate.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, deductibles, claims processes, and policy features.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto and property insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations.
- Valid RIBO License or licensed in another Canadian province and eligible to obtain a RIBO license.
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably personal lines.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policy structures, and underwriting practices.
- Proven sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.

- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
