Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Compliance- own the integrity of GAAP financial reporting
  • Financial Reporting- own the reporting process and identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Strategic Planning- work alongside key stakeholders to analyze financials and provide key insights
  • FP&A- own the forecast, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Controls- evaluate current controls and design processes that scale with the company's growth
  • M&A- assist with the evaluation, due diligence, and integration of potential mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications:
  • CPA, or nearing completion CPA, with 3+ years of experience and a strong focus on financial reporting
  • Experience working with new businesses or recently acquired businesses will be an asset
  • Prior experience in leadership or management roles within finance team will be an asset
  • High attention to detail with the ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and drive process improvements
