Review the website daily to identify what’s working well and what can be improved
Monitor product presentation, merchandising, and overall site experience
Flag issues, inconsistencies, or missed opportunities across the site
Analyze customer behavior and onsite performance trends
Support the team with actionable ideas to improve merchandising, conversion, and user experience

Qualifications:

Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing
Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for digital experiences
Interest in e-commerce, fashion, and consumer behavior
Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and suggest improvements
