- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and provide regular reports & insights for marketing and the business on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.
- Attribution Modeling: Analyze attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities. Understand which activities drive the most value and provide recommendations for more effective and focused marketing campaign strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and insights. Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments. Regularly review and interpret performance data, generate reports highlighting key trends and insights, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Benchmarking: Leverage benchmarks and KPIs to continually track and monitor marketing performance, ensuring continuous improvement. Measure success, identify gaps, and recommend options for optimization, driving sustained progress and strategic alignment.
- SEO and Web Optimization: Support and guide the development and execution of SEO strategy, A/B testing, and other website optimization initiatives. Support the creation of regular SEO and web performance reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Plan Development: Help create and implement solid marketing plans that align with business objectives, strategic direction, and drive measurable results. Develop detailed action plans, set timelines, set up regular plan reviews, and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation and achievement of targets.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the AVP to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage data and analytics to drive business growth. Help conduct market research, analyze data trends, and work with the AVP to draft, review, and refine strategic plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other marketing teams, sales, product, and research, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Facilitate regular meetings, coordinate efforts across departments, and ensure clear communication to align goals and strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Self-started and able to execute with little direction.
