Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to empower and enable our global sales team to work efficiently and deliver results. This leadership role sits at the intersection of sales management, enablement and cross-departmental alignment.Partnering with the CCO and VP of Marketing & Sales, the Sales Ops Director translates goals into actionable sales plans. Working with the Sales Ops manager they oversee the daily operations of the sales function and act as a facilitator with other teams to improve processes, collaboration and client outcomes.The main responsibilities of this positions are :1. Sales Team Leadership & SupportLead, mentor, and support the sales team (13 people) to maximize performance, providing tools, processes, and structure.Hire, onboard and develop new team members as the company scales.Oversee pipeline management, demand forecasting accuracy, and CRM usage (Salesforce)Manage the administrative backbone of the sales function: quotes, contracts, NDAs and team administration (travel, hospitality for clients, commissions)2. Cross-Departmental AlignmentProvide strategic leadership to ensure Sales is effectively connected with other internal teams:Production: align on requirements to successfully sell & deliver events.Operations & Procurement: oversee the process for sharing pipeline visibility to support inventory planning, lead times, and deployment capacity.Finance: ensure alignment on pricing, margin targets and client collection.Product & R&D: validate feasibility and timelines for custom requests.Marketing: collaborate on sales collateral, campaigns, outreach and content opportunities.IT: Deployment & improvement of sales toolsStreamline communication to ensure client expectations are consistently aligned with internal capabilities.3. Sales Operations ExcellenceLead the optimization of the sales processes, documentation, and SOPs.Drive efficiency in deal execution, removing internal bottlenecks.Orient and guide the development of dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline health, and productivity.Oversee the efforts to improve CRM workflows, ensuring data integrity and usability.Why PixMob?At PixMob, there’s no shortage of opportunities to make an impact. From building smarter tools to tightening processes and strengthening alignment, you’ll help lay the foundation for our next stage of growth.We would like to hear from you if you have this professional profile:Bachelor degree in a related field.8+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a related leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing B2B company.Proven track record in managing sales processes and supporting teams in an extremely fast-paced, international context.Strong experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), reporting, and pipeline management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Builder and doer mentality.
