- Design and implement machine learning and NLP models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data sources, including survey responses and customer feedback.
- Conduct behavioral analytics to understand user patterns, preferences, and engagement across digital platforms.
- Perform data wrangling and preprocessing using Python and SQL, integrating data from databases, APIs, and Qualtrics.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (e.g., Plotly, Seaborn).
- Analyze and interpret survey data from Qualtrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data science solutions into business processes.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics for survey design and data extraction.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Proven ability to conduct behavioral analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data.
- Experience with Azure
- Familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of experimental design and statistical modeling.
- Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI practices.
