Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Wealth Management Data & AI is responsible for delivering a global data foundation and innovative AI capabilities across all of Wealth Management’s global businesses. We are looking to hire a talented Data Scientist to join our data science and engineering team. The role will be responsible for applying modern AI and data techniques to deliver data science solutions for Wealth Management.What will you do?You will be responsible for owning and delivering data science projects end to end: from data exploration, data pre-processing, to building and scaling ML algorithms and pipelines, to deployment and monitoring of production models.Participate in the developing high-impact AI solutions for Wealth Management, from research and prototyping to production deployment, apply data science industry best practices to build robust and scalable large scale modeling systems.Assist Operations business managers to perform advanced data analysis, statistical reports, and support ad hoc data explorations for various business cases.Work together with other stakeholders in the business, collaborate with data engineers, application developers, and product managers to build and productionize enterprise level Data & AI solutions.Must Have:3+ years of work experience in applied data science, in depth knowledge of statistical analysis, data structures, machine learning, deep learning, NLP and Generative AIAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Python programming languagesExperience in data manipulation and visualizations, able to handle unstructured data and big datasetsExperience in building and maintaining machine learning models, model tunings, and model monitoringAbility to apply data science and statistical techniques to solve real world business problemsAbility to communicate data science findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliar with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum development methodologyNice To Have:Master’s or PhD Degree in computer science, engineering or related technical fieldExperience in building data products for analytics is a plusHands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, including designing and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs, implementing Gen AI systems into productionFamiliar with AI Ops workflow and pipelines for productionizing models is a plus (CI/CD pipelines, observability, containers).What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
