Responsibilities
The incumbent lawyer will be stepping into a busy practice supporting the partners in their commercial litigation and insolvency practice in addition to full independent conduct of their own matters. In addition to general commercial disputes, insolvency and foreclosures will take center stage; experience with foreclosures, receiverships, and proceedings under the BIA and CCAA will be considered strong assets.Qualifications

Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
3+ years of experience with an emphasis on commercial litigation / insolvency
Comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target
