- CPA designation in good standing.
- Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive tax and management experience within a small to mid-sized public accounting firm, focusing on mid-market clientele.
- Hands-on experience in both compliance and advisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
