This Senior Finance Manager partners closely with both VP of Operations and VP of Supply Chain to deliver business-critical insights and financial support.While not directly responsible for executing costing in the system, this role leverages cost and operational data from SAP and other ERP systems to advise leadership, improve decision-making, and enhance return on invested capital. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and brings experience in performance analytics, variance interpretation, and strategic planning.The Senior Finance Manager will provide subject matter expertise and advice to the manufacturing and supply chain leadership team of the North America region, covering eight factories located in the US and Canada. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, this individual will provide data-driven insights to support cost efficiency and deliver short and long-term strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the VPs of Operations and the VP of Supply Chain to define, track, and improve key performance indicators, manage spend, and support cost optimization initiatives
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Use cost and operational data to analyze performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and influence business outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement across financial processes and operational reporting
About youQualifications:
  • 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or operational audit. Prior experience working in a food & beverage factory is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, operational finance, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and related ERP systems. Experience with direct costing system responsibility is a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
