Job Description:Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Compensation Analyst for a large Canadian client. This is a full-time, permanent position with base salary, benefits, vacation and RRSP matching. The position will work on a hybrid model (home 3 days per week and in office the other 2). The base salary range is 75-95k.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance and consulting on compensation-related matters.
  • Lead the design of pay for performance incentive plans across different sales teams.
  • Use KPI's to design sales plans.
  • Manage the compensation cycle.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on compensation policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct financial modelling and cost/benefit analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Admin, or a finance-related field
  • CMS or CCP
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation
  • Experience developing and running data models
  • 3+ years experience working with sales leaders to develop and implement sales incentive plans
  • Previous experience with Workday an asset
  • Fluency in English and French
