- Design, develop, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance and consulting on compensation-related matters.
- Lead the design of pay for performance incentive plans across different sales teams.
- Use KPI's to design sales plans.
- Manage the compensation cycle.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compensation policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of compensation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct financial modelling and cost/benefit analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Admin, or a finance-related field
- CMS or CCP
- 7+ years of experience in compensation
- Experience developing and running data models
- 3+ years experience working with sales leaders to develop and implement sales incentive plans
- Previous experience with Workday an asset
- Fluency in English and French
