Provide analytical and reporting assistance to the department and senior management and external parties (i.e. government)
Build relationships with customers and suppliers to facilitate the understanding and resolution of inquiries, and maintaining program compliance, while providing extraordinary customer service
Onboard and register new customers and stores and provide training
Provide support to operationalize policies, create user manuals, and document processes
Provide guidance, training, and support to the Business to Business (B2B) Service Representatives
Support the B2B Service Representatives with managing and approving claims and returns
Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and enhancements, and issue identification and resolution
About You
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience within a Supply Chain and/or Wholesale environment, with expertise in Supply Chain activities, functions, processes, concepts, and legislation
Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently to achieve deadlines
Excellent reporting skills of complex analysis methodology to provide in-depth analyses and to make recommendations
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and query tools, MS Power BI and Access
Strong leadership, managerial, organization, and problem-solving skills are necessary
