PAL Aerospace is proud to provide Air Ambulance services to our communities in Newfoundland and Labrador. Operating the King Air 350 PAL offers end-to-end solutions including selection and assignment of aircrews, maintenance, creating standard operating procedures, and ensuring aircraft and pilots are always available as needed.To support these critical missions, PAL Aerospace is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. John’s, NL.Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond effectively to client inquiries, in a high volume, time-critical environment always ensuring professionalism
Compile reports, prepare presentations, proposals, and data entry using Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Track aircraft movements for reporting, statistics, and billing
Distribute mail and maintain/order office supplies as required
Assist with organization of corporate filing systems
Attend meetings and record minutes
Track and reconcile corporate credit cards
Support the day-to-day needs of the operation and management team
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduation from a post-secondary program in administrative/business support, along with at least 5 years experience in an administrative role
Solid working knowledge with SharePoint and MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and proven ability in office management tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, have a personable and enthusiastic personality and “can do” attitude
Experience with travel management and expenses
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, manage competing priorities according to changing demands.
