• Lead the coordination of pricing working closely with Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and R&D stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and R&D to drive revenue initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc pricing/rebates related projects and analysis as requested by the Sales, Marketing and R&D teams.
• Identify and execute price savings targets and price increases in pricing process.
• Perform margin analysis, assess risk, and identify key actions to support business initiatives of profitable growth.
• Providing key analysis to management team to assist in profitable decision making.
• Continually evaluate and challenge financial processes and reporting practices; implement changes as needed.
• Ad-hoc variance analysis to support the organization in making strategic decisions.
• Enhance pricing tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Provide special project analysis as requested.

• A minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in pricing, finance and risk management
• University degree in a related field
• CPA designation of working towards CPA preferred
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Extensive user of Power BI, Excel & Systems Guru - proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably and independently, without close supervision
• Exposure to a mid-size company in a manufacturing environment will be beneficial
