
Contract Administrator (Loans)

- Process lease and loan contracts with precision, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the system.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Verify terms and financial details on contracts to ensure alignment with submitted agreements.
- Communicate effectively with dealers to resolve contract issues, using both verbal and written methods.
- Maintain organized and thorough records of contract documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Utilize accounting and financial software tools to support contract administration tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with other administrative duties related to loan and lease contracts as required.
- Proficient in accounting and financial software systems such as ADP, About Time, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong understanding of loan administration, including loan agreements and auto loans.
- Experience with auditing, budget processes, and accounts payable (AP).
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documents.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with dealers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
