- Design and implement manufacturing process plans in accordance with client documentation and standards.
- Create inspection sheets.
- Maintain and monitor processes related to products.
- Participate in First Article Inspection (FAI) approvals and complete related documentation.
- Provide technical support to staff and clients involved in the product realization process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimize work methods.
- Concevoir et mettre en production des gammes de fabrication selon la documentation et les normes du client.
- Réaliser les fiches d’inspection.
- Assurer le maintien et le suivi des procédés liés aux produits.
- Participer à l’approbation des premières pièces et compléter la documentation requise.
- Offrir un soutien technique au personnel et aux clients impliqués dans la réalisation du produit.
- Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et optimiser les méthodes de travail.
- DEC in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Functional bilingualism (French/English) – required to communicate with clients and internal teams across Canada and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CATIA or other relevant CAD software.
- Familiarity with CNC machining.
- Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of the aerospace sector and AS9100 standard (an asset).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with client specifications such as Bombardier, Bell, Airbus (an asset).
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- DEC en génie industriel ou mécanique avec un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente; OU
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique avec au moins 1 an d’expérience pertinente.
- Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français/anglais) – requis pour communiquer avec les clients et les équipes internes au Canada et à l’international.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance de CATIA ou d’un logiciel équivalent.
- Connaissance de l’usinage CNC.
- Connaissance de base des normes GD&T.
- Connaissance du secteur aéronautique et de la norme AS9100 (un atout).
- Expérience avec un système ERP.
- Connaissance des spécifications clients (Bombardier, Bell, Airbus – un atout).
- Lecture de plans techniques.
- Capacité de résolution de problèmes, rigueur et minutie.
