And really, there’s no place we’d rather be because just like them, it’s when we’re working hard and getting things done that we’re at our best.Our success is driven by a passionate belief in the unlimited potential of our company and the ultimate success of our customers and we act on that belief every single day.That’s Powerful Value, Delivered.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrganize and oversee all service activities, ensuring quality control and timely completion of work.Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Service Technicians.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and service excellence.Communicate effectively with customers, operators, and internal teams in person, by phone, and via email.Establish and maintain a bench service schedule to optimize workflow and turnaround times.Monitor and manage technician time and attendance in Kronos.Open, invoice, and close work orders, including preparing warranty documentation as required.Perform inspections, diagnostics, testing, and repairs on electronic devices and components such as pipe lasers, laser levels, GPS receivers, GPS antennas, display screens, total stations, and data collectors using various test equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electric motors and other components on surveying and leveling equipment.Prepare and submit detailed technician and service reports.Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers and internal teams.
