
Project Manager – Civil / Construction

- Manage and coordinate civil engineering or construction-related projects with guidance from senior leadership
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Lead project elements including proposals, schedules, budgets, progress reporting, change orders, and invoicing
- Oversee or contribute to the preparation of technical reports and deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering and field staff to ensure quality and consistency across all phases of project delivery
- Participate in client meetings and help build lasting relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
- 8-10 years of experience in the civil and/or construction engineering industry, ideally with 3-5 years in a consulting environment
- 1-2 years of experience in managing projects of increasing complexity or demonstrated capability in project coordination of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
- Experience with municipal works such as waterlines, sewers, water and wastewater systems would be an asset
- Proven experience with rural highway and road projects would be an asset
- Experience with progress reporting, progress payments, change orders, invoicing, and proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with technical writing, client communication, and documentation
- Registration in good standing as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) or a Professional Technologist (P.Tech) or eligibility to register in Alberta is required
