Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of construction project delivery: budgeting, scheduling, quality control, field coordination, and subcontractor management.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, safety standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Leading project meetings and reporting progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing project schedules using tools like Microsoft Projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining site documentation.
  • Resolving issues proactively and facilitating effective on-site decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing commercial or light-industrial projects exceeding $5 million.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and safety oversight experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) would be a strong asset.
  • Strong written communication and document management skills.
