We are also looking for a highly experienced pre-construction estimator , with specific expertise in high-rise developments and strong capabilities in low-rise as well.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and value-engineered estimates for upcoming projects.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on cost, scope, and scheduling.
  • Stay current with market conditions, construction technologies, and trade/supplier networks.
  • Optimize budgets and schedules through cost-saving strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Must have intimate experience and knowledge in estimating and managing construction schedules
  • Must have experience in all forms of CCDC Contracts
Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems, current pricing, and construction timelines.
  • Skilled in conceptual and detailed estimating for large-scale developments.
  • Strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and consultants in the industry.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and forward-thinking.
  • Software: ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
