- Propose, plan and deliver client engagements assisting fraud investigations, litigation support, risk assessments and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for a wide variety of clients, industries and disputes
- Calculate and analyze economic loss claims, provide commercial advice, prepare financials and trace funds/accounts
- Analyze financial data and participate in the development of independent expert financial reports and financial models
- Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
- Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals and other high-quality deliverables
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
- Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
- Begin the IFA program within 2 years of joining the firm
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
- CPA designation
- CFE designation or a plan to obtain the designation within 2 years
- 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience; advisory or consulting experience is considered an asset
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program
- Experience in business and practice development
