Because the best results start with different ideas.Role OverviewThe Media Executive will support a diverse mix of U.S.-based clients in the CPG, retail, and gym/fitness categories. This role is focused on media implementation and reporting. The ideal candidate is proficient in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords, and is comfortable building relationships with internal teams and clients alike.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the Media Supervisor with campaign implementation, optimization, and reportingAssist with client planning and handle day-to-day client requestsCoordinate with media vendors to book, implement, and report on campaignsHelp prepare and present integrated media plans, proposals, and performance analysesMonitor media plan performance and suggest optimizationsCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and knowledge sharingEnsure adherence to Salt's values, philosophies, and planning processesProvide proactive input on client business, internal workflows, and industry trendsTrack KPIs and ensure appropriate check-ins and reporting are in placeUnderstand client objectives and manage planning requirements effectivelyPresent compelling recommendations and highlight the benefits of proposed strategiesContribute to internal agency or team projects as neededSupport other departments by ensuring digital media requirements are clearly communicatedExperience & Skills2+ years of experience at a media agency in a digital-focused roleBachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or AdvertisingHands-on experience with:Google AnalyticsGoogle AdsPaid Social (Business Manager accounts)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailExperience with Google Data Studio (asset, not required)Google Certifications (required)Experience planning and executing campaigns for Fortune 100 brandsFamiliarity with CRM, SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, mobile, and video mediaExperience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (asset)A proactive, hands-on, solutions-oriented mindsetSalt's ValuesSalt of the Earth: Be humble, kind, hardworking, trustworthy, and fun to work withDo What's Right: Make principled decisions, not easy onesEarn It: Commit to hard work and earn respect, results, and recognitionMake Things Better: Always seek improvement and be solutions-orientedSeek Different Perspectives: Embrace diversity and value the creativity it bringsSalt is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees regardless of race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability.
