Guided by our 2030 vision to "be an innovative global healthcare company contributing to the sustainable development of society", we are shaping a healthier, more hopeful future for patients, their families, and society.Purpose of the functionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated local account plans to prepare for a successful launch of Dato Dxd in breast cancer as well as subsequent launches of ENHERTU.Achieve pre- and post-launch objectives and sales targets.Develop strong relationships with identified target stakeholders based on DSCA's customer-centricity focus, trust and perceived added value to the customer through personal expertise.Visit Oncologists and other HCP stakeholders to communicate product information.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Share insights upwards for boarder applications.Coordinate deployment of resources locally within the framework of a local cross functional team, leading a rigorous evolving stakeholder plan across the territory.Regularly shares best practices with internal peers and alliance partners.USE KAM selling skills and understanding to secure the Oncology business for a mutually beneficial outcome for DS, the alliance partner, and customers.Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for key stakeholders.Identify the customer's need for scientific projects to help establish Daiichi Sankyo as a trusted partner in Oncology and improve patient outcomes; support implementation with medical colleagues.Drive the development and implementation of local activities.Ensure budget control and monitor key activities in accordance with stakeholder plans.Submit all expenses in a timely manner and in alignment with internal policies.Conduct all activities with integrity and in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulationsÉlaborer et exécuter des plans de comptes locaux intégrés pour préparer le lancement de Dato Dxd dans le cancer du sein ainsi que les lancements d'ENHERTU. Coordonner le déploiement des ressources à l'échelle locale dans le cadre d'une équipe interfonctionnelle locale, diriger un plan d'intervention rigoureux et évolutif à l'échelle du territoire. Partager régulièrement les meilleures pratiques avec les pairs internes et les partenaires de l'alliance. Utiliser les compétences et la compréhension de la vente en gestion des comptes clés pour assurer la sécurité des activités d'oncologie afin d'obtenir des résultats mutuellement avantageux pour DS, le partenaire de l'alliance et les clients. Organiser et diriger des présentations de produits, des ateliers et des séances de formation pour les principaux intervenants. Déterminer le besoin du client en matière de projets scientifiques pour aider à faire de Daiichi Sankyo un partenaire de confiance en oncologie et améliorer les résultats pour les patients ; soutenir la mise en œuvre des activités locales. Assurer le contrôle budgétaire et le suivi des activités clés conformément aux plans des intervenants. Soumettre toutes les dépenses dans les délais et conformément aux politiques internes. Mener toutes les activités avec intégrité et conformément aux lois, règles et règlements applicables.Further Roles and ResponsibilitiesEducation & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD) PreferredExperience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on oncology.Formation : Baccalauréat en sciences de la vie, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA, MS, PharmD) Expérience privilégiée : Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en vente dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique, avec un accent sur l'oncologie.Skills and additional RequirementsProven track record of success in key account management and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of the oncology market, including treatment protocols, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.Prior knowledge of the customers or the therapeutic area is a plus.Dynamic, structured and committed to work in a matrix team, employing a highly collaborative working style.Expérience éprouvée en gestion de comptes-clés et en atteinte des objectifs de vente.
