Pay: Starting at $26.61/hour, increasing to $31.81/hour after probation period.

If you're looking to earn great money with the potential for a full-time hire based on strong attendance and performance, this could be the job for you!About the Role:We're hiring General Labourers to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing facility in Puslinch. In this position, you'll support a variety of production tasks to ensure products are made safely and to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare concrete formsInstall inserts and remove excess concrete from mouldsAssist in cutting and placing rebar wireOperate hand and power tools (measuring devices, trowels, etc.)Support machine operators handling concrete materialsPerform concrete finishing and stencil applicationRemove finished products from moulds and conduct quality inspectionsClean and maintain moulds, equipment, and work areasOccasionally assist with cleaning inside concrete mixers (requires fitted mask)Work is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasksWhat We're Looking For:A team player who can also work independentlyComfortable lifting up to 50 lbsReliable, punctual, and available for all shift typesDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing quality workMust be clean-shaven if working in the mixer (due to fitted respirator requirements)Safety-focused with a strong work ethicRequirements:Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (no transit access; site safety requirement)Previous construction or heavy industrial experience is an assetCSA-approved work boots that cover the ankles (PPE provided otherwise)Ability to work in a dusty environment (not suitable for those with dust allergies)No jewelry permitted anywhere in the facilityReady to take the next step in your career?
