WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Craft inventive sales strategies that resonate with our target markets.
- Dive deep into the market landscape, outmanoeuvring competitors, and spotting trends.
- Identify new customer opportunities, expanding our network.
- Collaborate with your team to provide unwavering support to existing customers and nurture those relationships.
- Lead the charge in preparing offers, skilfully conducting negotiations, and converting opportunities into orders.
- Keep our CRM system up to date with your documented sales plans and completed efforts.
- Make your presence known at industry exhibitions, showcasing our offerings.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Manager/Sales Engineer in a B2B environment, ideally in any of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- A technical background, ideally in mechanics, giving you an edge in understanding our solutions
- Contract negotiation skills.
- A track record of delivering results in your past roles.
- Professional level experience in operational practices, HLT equipment, sales systems (CRM), and MS Office suite.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written (French an asset)
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
