Job Description:Job Role: GRC Security AnalystJob Location: Mississauga, Ontario, CanadaJob DescriptionWere looking for a Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst to be part of our growing security teamResponsibilitiesEvaluates and report on the adequacyeffectiveness of system designs controls implemented in meeting business operational and control objectivesParticipate in discovery sessions with crossfunctional teams to identify document and improve the design implementation of industrywide compliance and controls across the OrganizationExecute indepth technical security privacy assessment on several information systems across the enterprise leveraging industry frameworksExecute and report on various types of governance and assurance reviews including postremediation validationsConduct ongoing controlrisk assessments and assist in developing and executing a dynamic assurance plan to address highrisk areasParticipate in compliance related change management initiatives within the Team and across the OrganizationSupport in managing and handling complex issues with external auditors regulators and clientsRequired Skills and Experience2 years of experience in governance risk management or compliance including exposure to management consulting technology industry financial services andor project managementKnowledge of Privacy and Security frameworksstandards such as ISO 27001 SOC1 SOC2 NIST PIPEDA GDPR etcKnowledge of industry accepted enterprise risk management frameworksSound understanding of IT and general application controlsEffective project management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical capacity and experience adding structure in a complex ambiguous environmentStrong crossgroup collaboration and team player dealing with complex problems resolving conflicts and experience influencing crossfunctionally and with executivelevel audiencesAbility to quickly adapt to shifting priorities demands and timelines through both analytical and problemsolving capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure with multiple teamsstakeholdersBachelors DegreePreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related fieldCISA CRISC CISM CISSP etc or equivalent certification preferred2 years directly related experienceSkills:Mandatory Skills : BFS - Data Analysis, Risk Management (Credit/Market/IT/Ops)About Company:LTM is an AI-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
