- Lead and develop a high-performing paid social team while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and platform partners
- Develop, plan and execute paid social strategies that drive measurable business results and integrate seamlessly across enterprise marketing initiatives
- Manage monthly budget tracking, campaign performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews with platform and agency partners
- Lead the Enterprise Influencer ambassador program, including all agency partnerships, creator relationships, contracts, and integration into 360-campaigns
- Champion innovative paid social creativity and ensure its incorporation into all media planning and campaign execution
- Partner with Measurement Team to track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and leverage audience insights for optimization
- Negotiate and manage annual joint business plans with social platforms and agency partners to maximize investment and performance
- Streamline workflows, define test-and-learn frameworks, and document scalable best practices across the organization
- University bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in media planning or digital marketing (client-side or agency), with proven success managing large-scale budgets
- 3+ years direct supervisory experience mentoring and managing direct reports
- Expert proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit, Snap Chat, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads, third-party planning and analytics tools
- Polished presentation skills
- Financial services, retail or consumer packaged goods experience
- Media agency background (prioritize candidates with this experience)
- Sound experience in media measurement, interpretation of analytics, modeling and dashboards
