- Lead the strategy and oversee the execution of all partner marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions and go-to-market programs.
- Build and manage relationships with key external agency and property partners, identifying new opportunities to co-create value and ensuring consistency in brand management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Communications, Media, Product, Legal, Finance) to deliver integrated marketing programs that support business goals.
- Develop strategic marketing plans for new and existing partnerships, including launch strategies, content development, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and partner impact, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Represent the partnership marketing function in cross-functional forums and contribute to strategic planning and executive reporting.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing, creative development and media, and/or sports and entertainment content
- Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive results and cross-functional program delivery.
- Strong relationship management skills and experience working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is an asset.
