- Develop and execute integrated lead generation strategies across phone, email, social, and digital channels
- Build and maintain structured prospecting workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing lead generation team
- Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and provide ongoing feedback
- Ensure timely follow‑up and rigorous qualification of inbound and outbound leads
- Manage lead flow and handoff to sales with a focus on quality and conversion
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, events, and messaging
- Analyze performance data and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Share insights with leadership to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate sales development or lead generation teams
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to leverage data to drive performance
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes at multiple levels
