- Developing and maintaining policies, standards, procedures, and training materials owned by ERM.
- Providing expert advice on governance issues related to ERM programs.
- Managing policy breaches, dispensations, and waivers related to ERM-owned policy documents, ensuring consistent application and appropriate remediation.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Continuously monitor regulatory changes, emerging regulations, and Citi policy updates to ensure alignment and proactive adaptation.
- Policy Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses of existing policies against current and upcoming regulatory requirements, identifying areas for enhancement and remediation.
- Risk Governance Documentation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive risk governance documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures. This involves socializing drafts with stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely publication and communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the first, second, and third lines of defense, fostering a strong risk culture and ensuring consistent application of policies.
- Policy Exception Management: Identify, track, and report policy breaches, dispensations, and waivers, driving these exceptions to closure through effective communication, escalation, and remediation.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or a Finance function within a bank, financial services consulting firm, or regulatory body.
- ERM Knowledge: Solid understanding of regulatory requirements associated with the following Enterprise Risk Management pillars: Risk Identification, Stress Testing, and Risk Appetite and Limits.
- Results Orientation: Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
