- Manage and grow the business across the Western Canada & US Pacific Northwest regions.
- Product Focus: Girder Clamps, Hollo-Bolts & Expansion Bolts, Floor Fixings etc.
- Territory: Pacific NW Region (Canada - BC, AB, SK & US - WA, OR, ID, MT, WY)
- Build strong working relationships with structural steel engineers, steel fabricators, consulting/design engineering firms, and end users.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and product education to stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of company's solutions.
- Deliver presentations, technical demonstrations, and product knowledge sessions for relevant decision makers.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on company's product range, steel connection methodologies, and application best practices.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Prior experience in steel, structural engineering, construction products, or industrialB2B technical sales.
- Experienced partnering with structural steel engineers, steel fabricators, leading consulting/design engineering firms, and end users.
- Strong understanding of Canadian steel codes is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150000 to $170000 CAD
