- Administer, maintain, and optimize corporate IT systems (servers, networks, endpoints, collaboration tools, and identity platforms)
- Develop, implement, and manage automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring reliable operations and quick resolution of issues.
- Partner with the security and compliance teams to enforce policies, ensure patching, and maintain strong security posture across IT systems.
- Design and implement improvements to IT infrastructure and processes, enabling scale and efficiency across the organization.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for IT, providing mentorship and guidance while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure engineering, with progressive responsibility.
- Strong expertise in Windows and/or Linux system administration, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of improving IT operations through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.
- Knowledge of enterprise security practices (endpoint protection, patch management, identity management).
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to lead initiatives.
- Experience with AWS, Google Workspace, or other enterprise SaaS environments.
- Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) tools such as Jira, or equivalent.
- Background in working within compliance frameworks (SOC, PCI, etc.)
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project initiatives..
