Our banking client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Bank, ETFs, Investment, Campaigns)
Length: 1 year contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time employment
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite
Working Hours: 9am-5pm

Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and sales of Bank's ETFs (exchange traded funds) and other investment products to direct investors.25% Strategic planning

15% Reporting & insightsStrategic Planning
Define and execute on the strategy and optimization of GAM's always-on digital marketing strategies, influencer engagements, and social content strategy
Find integration and synergies across various initiatives supporting the GAM business and new opportunities to drive business revenue growth.
Continuously improve marketing team operations through thought leadership and best practice implementation
Work with digital analytics teams and internal/external partners to obtain actionable insights, validate hypotheses and refine conceptsCampaign & Project Management
Impeccable attention to detail and result-oriented approach to campaign management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with strategic thought and intention.
Provides strategic direction for media and creative development and ensures brand standards are maintained.
Oversees the development of advertising, promotional and communications material, and ensures governance requirements are met.
Collaborates with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms.
Partner across teams on social media content and build thought leadershipReporting & Insights
Monitors and tracks performance ongoing and post-campaign
Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
Utilize data to uncover insights to inform strategic recommendations.Qualifications:
Qualifications Required:
Typically between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
Interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organization
Strong written and oral presentation skills and presence
Strong technical ability with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Results-oriented marketer with the ability to garner insights and execute flawless marketing campaigns grounded in customer insights.
Comfortable with being uncomfortable and can effectively manage ambiguity, creating structure and defining opportunities
Minimum of undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related disciplineAdditional nice-to-haves:
A self-directed investor with personal experience investing in ETFs/stocks/other investment products
Paid digital marketing experience across the funnel (video, display, social, search) a strong asset
Advertising/creative agency experience and/or media agency experience a strong asset.
Experience with managing influencer marketing programs not required but an asset
