- Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment - On site 5 days, Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Supervise and support the Laboratory and Syrup Room teams (approximately 19 employees), including scheduling, absenteeism, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee development in a unionized environment
- Ensure the quality of packaging, finished products, and manufacturing processes (mixing, filling, packaging) in compliance with standards, specifications, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives
- Monitor production processes, perform verifications, adjust process parameters as required, and intervene in process issues in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams
- Support operational efficiency and quality-related performance indicators, including yield and production downtime
- Manage non-conforming products and supplier complaints, and support the investigation and follow-up of customer and consumer complaints
- Participate in root cause analyses, continuous improvement projects, and the qualification of equipment, processes, and suppliers
- Develop, update, and implement operating procedures and ensure the compliance of quality documentationConduct internal audits (quality, food safety, health and safety, and environment) and ensure adherence to internal policies, collective agreements, and applicable standards
- Ensure the proper functioning of quality control equipment, as well as the management of water treatment and wastewater systems
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma, ideally in a scientific discipline
- Excellent planning, decision-making, and work organization skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and resilient profile with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Experience in an ISO-certified environment
- Knowledge and experience with FSSC 22000 standards and HACCP systems
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset)
- Knowledge of water treatment systems in the food or beverage industry
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a unionized manufacturing and production environment, including at least two (2) years as a direct supervisor of a team
- Basic computer skills, including the use of databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French (required); knowledge of English is an asset
