- Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – On site 5 days, Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary diploma, ideally in a scientific discipline
- Excellent planning, decision‑making, and work organization skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and resilient profile with a strong problem‑solving mindset
- Experience in an ISO‑certified environment
- Knowledge and experience with FSSC 22000 standards and HACCP systems
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset)
- Knowledge of water treatment systems in the food or beverage industry
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a unionized manufacturing and production environment, including at least two (2) years as a direct supervisor of a team
- Basic computer skills, including the use of databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French (required); knowledge of English is an asset
